If your purchase is damaged upon arrival, please contact us by email.
Options for products damaged upon delivery:
-We issue you a full product refund
-We ship out a replacement of the product.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days for a refund.
You will need to contact us by email to inform us of your return, and buyer pays for return shipping.
Once the returned product has been delivered, you will be issued a full refund.
